Yo, it's me again, and I have another OC to show you. Her name: Kare Juroku.
Here's some info on her:
She's not a ninja, and her home village is unknown at the moment
She's terrified of the Nine-Tailed Fox (don't ask)
She's seventeen years old
Her name is derived from the English word "care" (Kare) and the Japanese word for sixteen (Juroku)
She enjoys drawing and reading
She'd rather stay out of trouble
She cares about the people close to her and is willing to help when needed

Really good. You did it on paint right. If you did It probably took you a long time to do it. Sorry but it doesn't look like she is from naruto. She look like she would be from Evangelion, Gundam, or another si-fi anime that involves mecha. I am not saying that is bad thing but I am just saying it from a critic's standpoint. It is really good though.

This is an edited pic from Photobucket. The reason she doesn't look like a Naruto character is because she's not a ninja. I'm glad you like it, though. Btw, this is a Sailor Mars edit. Y'know, Sailor Mars from the show Sailor Moon.
